Merry Xmas ...

Alessia was chatting away the other day and in the middle of her sharing asked if I knew 'woowat 'n a wetna one dayh-a'.

Can't say I did and knew I wasn't getting her.   I said, 'Can you tell me that one again Alessia, I didn't hear it properly?'

She happily replied and again I heard, 'Woowat 'n a wetna one dayha.'

I apologised, 'Alessia, I'm sorry I still don't understand what you are telling me, could you say it one more time please.'

She obliged in loud frustrated tones, 'WOOWAT 'N AWETNA ONE DAYHA'.

Not one to be stumped, I sat close and said it to myself a few times to feel the rythm and see if I could get it; and the Penny dropped.

I said, 'Alessia are you asking me about Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer?'

She gave huge sigh, and a long 'at last you've got it', 'Y.EAH.SSS!!' and then burst into smiles and asked, 'Well do you know it danella?'

Merry Xmas everyone ...
