Meet 'Daphne' .. our new little calf .. and to most of the children she's, 'Daf.a.nee'
She is just gorgeous.
There's a new baby calf at the farm and if you listen to some of the children calling ... you'd hear her name as Daff-a-nee ...
When met for the first time by the little thursday gang, it was all 'Ooh's and aah's'
'Ooh, she's little.'
'Ooh, she's got wobbly legs.'
Aah, she's doing a wee.'
'Aah, she's got a tail.'
Alessia took her in, swung round, looked up at me and said, 'danell-err, she's so cute! ... just like me!!'
