Baby goats ...

The middle of thursday morning was quite warm and gentle and after a stroll through the vege patch, we wandered in to visit the goats.

How special that was!  The four new baby goats were lolling together in the sun and more than happy for us to join them.

I had the privilege of watching ...

Ava lying on her belly with a little goats face in her hands, looking into it's eyes and kissing it on the nose ...

Willow in total heaven, she sat for ages going from one goat to another and me feeling how much she would have loved to pop one in her pocket to take home ...

Farrah and Dakota, patting and laughing and chasing and falling into my lap to tell me what they were up to ...

Mother and baby goat feeding almost on top of us so we got to share in their intimacy ...

We spent a good hour and a half doing this and it all only ended when a big mob of people came along and the goats got a bit unsettled and moved on ...
