Mountain climbing ...
First to the big mountain of dirt we found on friday morning was Frieda ... like a gazelle ... agile, nimble, sure footed and light, she bounded up.
Then Ari made it too ...
Now Ted's turn ...
'I can't do it he calls' ... to which Frieda replies, 'I'll help you.' She pulls a long grass plant from the soil and holds it down towards Ted.
This was such an act of total faith on Frieda's part and absolute trust on Ted's.
He took the outreached hand and used all his will to make contact with Frieda and to grab onto the grass branch she offered to help him.
When Ted made it to the top, so proud of himself and thankful and happy to have had Friedas' help ...
Frieda was in total and instant exaltation ...
She let out the biggest, 'Woo, hoo,' of pure joy and celebration of Ted. She was just really, really happy he made it too.
Then of course ... it was heaps of fun coming down ...
The power of friendship, love and a hand reaching out to help.
