What a find ... !!

There was immense beauty in Wednesday between Frankie, Oli, Samson and Kornelius ... I'll share some moments and need to start with this one ...

Under the big Oak tree we often play under, Kornelius and Oli were hunting around looking for treasure.  All of a sudden they became elated as under some of the lo vine on the ground they found some ... things.

Out came a candle in a glass holder, out came an empty spice bottle, out came a smally clay chiminera.  WOW!!  What is this stuff, how did it get here, who used it, why, what can we do with it?   All got covered in animated all at once conversation.  What a find!

This led to the most beautiful, gentle and creative exchange between Oli and Kornelius.

They created space together right next to the trunk of the Oak tree, they set up their bounty and began to play.

Oli kept digging for more treasure and Kornelius held space, he tended the chiminera, planted it like a fine vase ... it was so beautiful to witness and such a different tone of play between the boys, more relaxed and most definitely engaged.

... and all around were little things to see and that were happening ... each and all were precious ...

Just one little violet in a sea of green ...

A sheep climbing high for some food ...

The magpies soon gathered to watch us and warble ... Oli in particular LOVED this ... he is letting himself get close and be really still and now experiencing the birds being more curious of him and willing to stay close ... pretty special to experience and a privilege to witness...

A while later, we visited the vege garden.  Oli, Frankie and I were looking one plot when, all of a sudden, Samson who was with Kornelius two plots ahead, called out, 'danella, come here, come here, you have GOT to see this!' ... then added quickly, 'Can we keep them? You have GOT to see this!'  ... his voice full of wonder and amazement.

I wandered a little closer to see what they'd found  and there in the garden were ...

The turn of the season was also popping it's head up ...

On the way back up the path into the farm itself, a huge conversation emerged about the bonfire ...

... and the day continued with lots of love and the wonder for just being together ...

... including this, as I jump back in time now right to the start of the day  to share some more beauty with you ...

Frankie and Ginger ... her all time favourite guinea pig.

Why big love for this little creature?  Well, first thing, look at the hair colour.  It's the same, and that's orange, not ginger.   Frankie LOVES her orange hair and feels an affinity with this gentle little creature whose locks are a similar hue.

The other thing is the eye colour, Ginger has pink eyes.   Frankie looks at her like she is staring into the mirror.  Could there be anything more divine than a little girl with orange hair who LOVES pink and orange colouring up her life, than discovering a gentle little creature she can hold and give love to who is gentle, shares love too ... and is orange with pink eyes!!

That is the miracle of life I'm sure.
