Welcome ...
This blog has been created to allow family and friends to share in and become part of the experience of 'Down at the Farm'.
Enjoy the children, their love for each other and their open hearted wonder and excitement.
Over time you will get to know the farm through their eyes and will see how they spend their day with each other in a very rich, organic way.
Each vignette is a snapshot in time. Follow from one to another, then on to more and you can share in our unfoldment and journey.
Enjoy your visit ...

A day full of wonder ... a wonderful day

Today was full of wonder ...

We discovered a circle of flowers under the big Oak Tree ...

... and Frankie discovered this in the circle ...

A mighty hill climb got underway ... Luke leading the way

Luke hit the summit ... and Ella and Samson banded together to help each other make it too ... very supportive, very cooperative with Luke encouraging and offering his hand from the top ...

Luke and Ella made it to the top ... Samson was chuffed at getting half way ... mostly because he could turn around and enjoy finding his way down

Then down they came ...

... and while I witnessed and encouraged and bathed in the glory of how beautifully supportive of each other the children were on their pilgrimage ... I looked down into the grass and saw these words ...

sure it was on the side of a wine bottle, yet God speaks in mysterious ways and their couldn't have been more perfect words for what was happening  right here ... right now
Where was Frankie?

... poking around and having fun ...

... and later in the day creating little pockets of beauty ...

... even inside her own pockets ...

... many things were discovered and shared ...

... or enjoyed ...

... yes a day full of wonder for us all ...
