Welcome ...
This blog has been created to allow family and friends to share in and become part of the experience of 'Down at the Farm'.
Enjoy the children, their love for each other and their open hearted wonder and excitement.
Over time you will get to know the farm through their eyes and will see how they spend their day with each other in a very rich, organic way.
Each vignette is a snapshot in time. Follow from one to another, then on to more and you can share in our unfoldment and journey.
Enjoy your visit ...

So many hair ...

Milana was totally mesmerised yesterday by Anna's amazing hair.

After pointing it out to everyone who'd listen, 'Look at Anna's hair!' ... she tenderly walked up to Anna, bent her knees a little and lent forward looking straight into her face and said, 'Anna, you got so many hair!'
Anna stood back a little, twirled a hand through each ponytail and said, 'Yes Ben-arma, I got two piggy tails.'
Milana looked, and there was a quiet perplexed moment for her as 'two' didn't match with what she was seeing, yet it was perfectly clear to Anna that 'two' was exactly just how many piggy tails she had.
Milana lent forward again with a little more enthusiasm than before (which in Milana's case is mega-watt as her enthusiasm for life is always switched on) ... she tried again, 'Anna, you got SO MANY hair!'
To which Anna replied a little shyly and patiently ... with her own little perplexed look this time, 'Yes, Ben-arma, I got two piggy tails.'  After all, she has just told Milana this ...
Milana, not one to give up when it comes to getting her message across, leant forward one more time and this time said in almost exalted tones, 'Anna! You got TOO MUCH hair!'
... as if to say, 'Well telling you 'so many' didn't help you understand the largeness of the awe I'm in right now, so I think I better tell you, that your hair is about as big as I've ever seen and admired ... it is just beautiful.'
Both girls very gorgeous ... and Anna's hair ... well it's something else .
